Tasks
- Prospect potential clients in the real estate industry to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial property market
- Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Stay informed about local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations that may impact commercial property transactions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial real estate brokerage or residential estate agency
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of successful property transactions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
