You will be integral to support the Management Team in the efficient delivery of the financial performance of the Soft Services on the PFI contract. The core elements of this role will be to undertake the day-to-day financial management of the relevant sub-contractors invoicing and VO Management (creating, submitting, tracking, updating, invoicing).

And as a Commercial Co-ordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Monitor the invoicing terms of the Sub-Contractors and advise of any challenges experienced
- Provide Management reports in relation to the Financial Performance of the contract.
- To ensure that all financial information is accurate.
- Ensure all invoicing is carried out in an accurate and timely manner and invoicing instructions and spreadsheets are submitted to Accounts within 2 weeks of month end.
- All records to be maintained and filed appropriately.
- Processing of invoices via the Focalpoint system to be completed within 3 days of receipt.
- To monitor the Focalpoint system appropriately to ensure that there are no outstanding issues.
- Carry out Senior Fire Marshall duties 3 days a week in conjunction with the team.
- Attend meetings as requested
- Work interchangeable with the team and cover absence
