**The business**:
We are a highly established technical permanent and contract recruitment consultancy, and a strong brand within the manufacturing, engineering and design contracting market. We specialise across traditional manufacturing, advanced technology and complimentaryfunctions with an established client base.

Our business has a 45 year heritage in providing permanent and contract recruitment solutions for OEM’s, supply chain, SME’s, consultancies and industry forum across the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, FMCG, Technology sectors and beyond.

Our contract recruitment solution offers our clients a combination of full compliance, technical expertise and indemnity.

**The role**:
We are looking for an established contract recruitment focussed Business Development Manager to join us and further develop an already established contract client base through further penetration of our existing client portfolio and the development of newclients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To target and develop new client relationships with contract recruitment users
- Capitalise on existing hiring manager relationships to sell our contract recruitment solution
- Work on client retention and organic growth
- Evidence a strong track record in Contracting and Client Management from a variety of sectors
- Have strong relationships with senior decision makers in similar sectors
- Have previous experience in building/managing relationships
- Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills
- Have the initiative to work independently whilst also being a strong team player
- Be results driven and comfortable working with targets
