Are you an exceptional Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead (RGN) seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a difference in our clients nursing home?
Royal Blue Consultants are searching for an enthusiastic nurse to join an excellent care team as a **Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead** at a **medium sized nursing home** on **day shifts**. This home prides itself on being a care home for the community and strives to give residents the best possible life.
You will form an integral part of the care team which consists of care assistants, registered nurses, clinical leads, and a clinical deputy manager. Your role will be to ensure all service users always receive the highest standard of care and attention.
**Role Requirements**:
- **Hold a current and valid NMC pin**: Our clients value your professional qualifications
- **Excellent clinical skills**: Your expertise will be crucial in providing top-notch care to residents.
- **Prior experience in a nursing home setting**:Ideally in a similar position or with plenty of nursing experience.
- **Flexible approach**: Adaptability is key when catering to the individual needs of residents.
- **Excellent communication skills**: To provide continuity of care for residents.
- **Integrity and caring nature.**:
- **Great organisational skills**: Efficient management of tasks to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- **Ability to work well with others in a team.**
