Join Our Team as a Clinical Trials Nurse

At PCM TRIALS, we are committed to providing quality, in-home clinical trial visits for our Sponsor and CRO partners. Our mission is to bring clinical trial visits to subjects wherever they may be, increasing convenience and reducing barriers to participating in clinical research.

We have an ongoing paediatric study need in Preston, Lancashire requiring home visits. As a Clinical Trials Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting full head-to-toe physical assessments with children, including venepuncture and phlebotomy. You will also be required to use a stethoscope to assess the cardiovascular, GI and respiratory systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits for paediatric clinical trials
  • Perform full head-to-toe physical assessments with children
  • Collect accurate, detailed patient records
  • Document medical history and medication charting
  • Maintain a current immunisation record
Requirements:
  • BSc Nursing (paediatric registration) and current NMC paediatric PIN registration with no restrictions
  • Minimum of two (2) years of practice
  • Two (2) years of Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw experience (must include venepuncture)
  • IV Infusion and Subcutaneous Injection experience
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Clean driving license with access to own vehicle and car insurance valid for business use
