Nurse Unit Manager (RMN)
To maintain continuity of care and support to the people we support, ensuring high-quality evidence-based care is delivered at all times.
Work proactively with the Matron to drive forward standards of nursing practice across the home, ensuring safeguards are implemented to minimize harm to self or others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead the shift, allocating staff based on clinical need.
- Be clinically accountable for the care of service users, ensuring the best use of resources.
- Develop and implement quality standards across the service, strengthening professional clinical leadership.
- Work with the Matron, Qualified Nurses, and Carers to monitor, challenge, and improve the quality of care.
- Participate in the care home on-call service as requested.
Requirements:
- NMC registered (RMN)
- DBS refunded after 3 months
