Clinical Lead for Intensive Support Team

About the Role
The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Intensive Support Team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day clinical and operational leadership to an all-age intensive support team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to service users.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to reduce avoidable admissions to hospital and improve community care.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide support to service users and carers.
- Contribute to the development of the team's clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Learning Disability Nurse with NMC registration.
- Accredited behavioural qualification at level 5 or above.
- Significant experience of working clinically with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
