About the Role
The Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Lead for the CYP Autism Intensive Support Service. As part of this team, you will provide expert support, advice, and clinical leadership to a 4-18 years Autism Service, enhancing support for mainstream education, health, and social care services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical leadership and expert advice to the Autism Service team
- Supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures
- Managing budgets, recruitment, and staff management
- Developing and delivering specialist interventions for autistic individuals
Requirements
- Extensive clinical knowledge and experience in the field of autism and learning disabilities
- Management experience, including budget management and staff supervision
- Excellent communication and partnership working skills
