Operational Lead for Autism Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Autism Services team. As Operational Lead, you will be responsible for delivering a co-ordinated, person-centred, and outcome-focused approach to supporting autistic children and young people.
The successful candidate will have extensive clinical knowledge and experience in working with children and young people with autism, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities will include providing expert support and advice to the team, managing budgets and resources, and developing Standard Operating Procedures.
In addition to the operational aspects of the role, the post holder will also provide clinical leadership and support to the team, including supervision and guidance.
