About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repair Operations Manager to join our team at Places for People. As a key member of our direct works service, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering high-quality repairs to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operatives to follow safe working practices and comply with risk management procedures.
- Manage a range of operatives to achieve high-quality work in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Contribute to overall resource planning and support colleagues to achieve our objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience within a social housing environment.
- Knowledge and experience with trade-based activities.
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
