Clinical Lead for Secure Mental Health Services

We are seeking an experienced Ward Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality secure mental health care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inpatient mental healthcare and experience in leading clinical care improvement initiatives.
The role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver care to adults in medium and low security environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the contemporary mental health agenda and be able to demonstrate a history of leading on clinical care improvement initiatives.
The successful applicant will have access to a comprehensive package of leadership coaching, education, and clinical support. They will also have the opportunity to work in a beautiful rural area with close proximity to motorway links.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role in our secure mental health services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong clinical background and experience in leading teams.

Essential
- Registered Mental Nurse (RNMH) or Registered Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
- Able to demonstrate a history of leading on clinical care improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of factors affecting secure mental health care and the contemporary mental health agenda

- Experience of working in a secure mental health setting
