Mental Health Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at CES Group - Clinical Employment Services Careers. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Older Adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out assessments, reviews, interventions, and completing discharges alongside relevant documentations to support.
- Administering Depot injections.
- Completing multi-disciplinary reviews in the community and inpatients on Mental Health Act sections.
- Liaising with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.
Requirements:
- Proficient in use of RiO documentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
