Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with acute mental health conditions and eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate the mental health needs of patients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide support and counseling to patients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and document patient progress and behavior
- Advocate for patients' rights and work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health issues
- Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a mental health care setting
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance regarding mental health care
