Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adults with acute mental health conditions and eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate the mental health needs of patients
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide support and counseling to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and document patient progress and behavior
  • Advocate for patients' rights and work to reduce stigma surrounding mental health
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding mental health issues
Requirements:
  • Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a mental health care setting
  • Strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance regarding mental health care
