We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Whitehaven, Cumbria. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards.
  • Support the delivery of improvements and drive quality standards to further improve efficiencies in line with CQC guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home. They will also have experience of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience of managing a team and ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately.
  • Experience of quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Ability to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.

The successful Clinical Lead Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £24.20 per hour and the annual salary is £41,527. This is a permanent full-time role working through Night Shifts.
