Customer Service Administrator

Overview:
Working with a small team within the sales department. Receiving/processing orders, liaising with customers on product availability, and to communicate any delays.
Working closely with other departments such as planning, production and transport.
Key skills in customer service required.
Role is office based but with some degree of flexibility.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience of Sage or similar ERP systems desirable.
Reliable and willing to learn.
Team player but also able to work on own initiative
Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent organisation skills.
**Education**:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Salary**: £24,000
**Responsibilities**:
**Main responsibilities will include**:
Answering telephone calls & processing customer requests.
Processing orders and customer confirmations.
Liaising with Logistics dept. and coordinating despatch of goods.
Preparation of Export paperwork and documents when required.
Liaise and co-ordinate with operational areas of the business.
Support external sales personnel
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
