You will always talk to UK based customer service with support engineers conveniently located around the UK to ensure we able to offer a prompt and efficient service. Rocket Fibre understand how critical a stable internet connection is, particularly with more people working from home, and needing to stay connected. Our advanced monitoring allows us to identify and isolate many faults, often before a customer is impacted. Our infrastructure is also designed with uptime and availability in mind, with automatic fail-over in the event of an outage.

**Job description**

Corby, Northamptonshire

£20,000-£25,000 Per Annum

35 hours per week

1 Hour Unpaid Lunch Break

25 Days Holiday plus UK Bank Holidays

Pension

0900-1700 Monday to Friday

You may be requested to work on a Saturday 9am-4pm

**Job**

You will seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible and use your brilliant communication skills to handle sometimes complex but rewarding conversations.

You will join a friendly and welcoming Company. No experience is needed as you will receive training and plenty of support to help you do the job. Some days you will be helping people place their orders online and other days you will be helping with support queries or handing out leaflets at marketing events or doorstep drops.

Great communication skills - both written and verbal
Dedication to providing a brilliant service for our customers
Ability to handle both enjoyable and fast-paced conversations
Ability to provide information, quickly and clearly
A can-do attitude and a real passion for supporting people

**Key duties will include**:

- Call handling.
- Directing calls and placing orders on internal systems.
- Utilising a CRM, creating customer accounts, raising tickets, ensuring notes are taken.
- Handling a LiveChat service, providing customer service as necessary.
- Any other administrative duties.
- Assisting in the provision of hardware, shipping, and preparing for dispatch.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
