Administrative Support Officer Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Interaction - Kettering. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating internal processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to customers, handling inquiries, and responding to requests.
- Coordinate internal processes, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet customer needs.
- Support and promote our technical capabilities and service offering to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Location: Corby Location
