Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative functions, including the development of inventory systems and procedures, purchasing and expediting of stock, and determining sources of supply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering administrative tasks, such as document control and technical consultation
- Purchasing and expediting stock, including non-stock discretionary items
- Determining sources of supply and implementing inventory systems
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience
- Own transport
- Good level of English, speaking and writing
- Great eye for detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
