**Axil Integrated Services is a leading waste management company who specialise in recycling and total customer waste management.**

You don’t need to have expert knowledge of waste regulations, compliance or health and safety legislation to get a job at Axil. However, you’ll need to be familiar with this information once you have the role, so we’ll provide all the necessary training as part of your induction.

**Job Role**

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our expanding Service Delivery Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby. You will be working closely with our customers providing excellent customer service on a daily basis in a varied and growing role. Axil is looking for someone that has had previous experience in a similar role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Arranging bookings with our vendors and communicating this to our Customers
- Following up on bookings that are due to ensure that our Customers needs have been met receive
- Sending out vendor schedules
- Confidently solving any customer issues
- Working closely and building relationships with our contract managers/Customers/Vendors
- Assisting in all aspects of Health & Safety

**Essential Experience**
- Call handling experience
- Administration experience
- Customer Service experience
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience in a similar role is preferred

**Hours of Work**

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day

37.5 hours per week
