Service Delivery Administrator

**Axil Integrated Services is a leading waste management company who specialise in recycling and total customer waste management.**
You don’t need to have expert knowledge of waste regulations, compliance or health and safety legislation to get a job at Axil. However, you’ll need to be familiar with this information once you have the role, so we’ll provide all the necessary training as part of your induction.
**Job Role**
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our expanding Service Delivery Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby. You will be working closely with our customers providing excellent customer service on a daily basis in a varied and growing role. Axil is looking for someone that has had previous experience in a similar role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing orders to completion by matching the data supplied by vendors
- Processing invoices from vendors to match our records and approve for payment
- To proactively contact vendors to retrieve their collection data
- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders and contract managers to ensure accuracy
- Invoicing customers
- Checking vendor compliance
- To produce reports and correspondence as required
- To answer incoming calls if all the customer services are engaged
**Essential Experience**
- Data entry experience
- Administration experience
- Experience working in an office environment
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Invoicing experience is preferred

**Hours of Work**
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day
37.5 hours per week
**Salary**
£23,500 p.a
