Gp Receptionist

A busy group of medical practices based over three sites with just under 13,500 patients.
With the ever changing face of primary care this job is predominantly based on the telephone and answering queries from patients online.
previous experience in this field is desirable but not essential however customer facing experience is mandatory.
We are keen to encourage progression and offer many pathways for this.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- supporting clinical staff
- booking and managing clinics
- taking requests from patients
- handling confidential information
- taking requests for appointments
- maintaining positive relationships with local services
- care navigation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,446.40 per year
