We currently have vacancy for a Full Time, Business support coordinator to work with our small team here in Aberdeen.
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
- 30 days holiday including local holidays

Main responsibilities to include
- Answering the telephones and dealing with incoming mail.
- Submitting documentation to the relevant clients within prescribed timescales.
- Ensuring training is kept updated for all employees
- Providing general administrative support.
- Providing support on other functions as required by the management team.
- Preparing and submitting reports as needed or requested by the customer
- Creation and maintenance of project works
- Completing goods receipt process in line with company procedure.
- To ensure that the customers’ orders are progressed successfully to meet their required delivery dates.
- To chase the purchase orders raised to ensure that the Orders are delivered in time to meet the customers required date. If there is an issue then advise the customer as soon as aware of the issue.

Pay Rate dependant on experience, please include a cover letter detailing any notice period and pay expectations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
