**Responsibilities**

As a member of the Mooreast UK team, the role has accountability for regional group sales and development activities within the designated region.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of agreed budgets, driving organic and strategic growth within the appointed territory(s) as well as working towards driving growth initiatives in existing and new market segments with floating offshore wind.

The role will work closely with the UK Managing Director, UK Business Development Manager, Heads of Departments and cross border team members to win work and increase opportunity conversion.

The role will also assist in the coordination and adherence to processes related to BD, sales and commercial activities within the territory supporting improvement initiatives as and where applicable.

**Key Duties**:

- Input data into CRM and support assigned sales opportunities, assisting the conversion rate of the opportunities with the support of the team.
- Comply with company systems, processes and procedures relating to sales, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Contribute to sales and business development strategy.
- Provide business administration support and coordinate sales activity for the region.
- Coordinate the preparation of quotations / tenders and coordinate tender process and submissions as per company process and in liaison with the group department leads.
- Assist in the preparation of sales plan, reports, and reliable forecasts for monthly reporting in a timely manner.
- Comply with Mooreast quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment.
- To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

**Qualifications (E: Essential - P: Preferred)**
- Degree in business or relevant technical discipline. (P)
- 1 -2 years’ experience in the oil and gas / Renewable energy sector with a proven track record in sales or proposals. (E)
- Experience in using SAP systems desirable. (P)
- Overview knowledge and understanding of Offshore mooring sector: Markets, competition, risks, opportunities and regional business models. (P)
- Understanding of the renewable floating offshore wind market. (P)
- Strong communication, presenting, listening, and negotiation skills. (E)
- Problem solving, Decision making and analytical abilities. (E)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft packages such as excel is essential. (E)
- A strong ability in building relationships with clients is essential. (E)
- Being able to travel when required. (E).

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
