We are recruiting a Sales Coordinator for our client based in Portlethen.

This is a full time, permanent role.

To provide a Quality Service to customers for the purchase of products and related equipment ensuring where possible on time delivery to customers is achieved. Required flexibility to work across all areas of the business as necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities

Including but not limited to:

- Ensure Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies are adhered to at all times.
- Set personal objects and follow company set objectives to meet company’s overall objectives, monitoring progress and any deviations, reporting these on a monthly basis or as required.
- Receive and process enquiries for full range of company products.
- Operate and maintain accurate records via the ERP systems and associated records.
- Maintain accurate records on customs documents.
- Issue purchase orders for goods and services to suppliers and monitor and expedite open orders.
- Responsible for ensuring that all paperwork is accurate and correct, cross referencing customer enquiries and purchase orders.
- Liaise with customers to resolve any outstanding queries.
- All information, sales leads and any relevant information gathered via discussions with customers, to be recorded and passed to line management.
- Filing and archiving relevant material as necessary.
- Communicate with QA department regarding any customer NC’s.
- Liaise closely with the other coordinators, providing support and cover during periods of holidays or absence
- Produce statistics for daily accountability meeting.
- Control and creation of RMA and Credit requests.
- Identify any procedure and process improvements where applicable.
- Control of quote expediting.
- Ensure that internal and external on time delivery is met.
- Provide a superior service to customers making dealing with us as easy and enjoyable as possible.
- Work across other company departments as requested.
- All other duties as required.

Good customer care skills

Experience of using MS packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
