About the Role

Eden Scott is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the business development and sales teams in their Aberdeen office.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and database management (e.g., InspHire).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the submission of ITTs, RFQs, and related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Track proposals, assist with bid preparation, maintain sales records, and support marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the business development and sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
