A great opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join a fantastic team. You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Business Services by playing a vital role in beneficiary engagement for all areas of the charity.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, select and induct new volunteers, providing support and acting as the key contact for volunteers in the family centre.
- Relationship development and management for all beneficiaries of the charity.

**Requirements**:

- Awareness of available funding will be necessary, therefore close working partnerships with both internal and external colleagues will be key.
- the post holder will manage restocking of the Parents’ Suite (Media Lounge) and other public areas, in collaboration with NHS domestic services and volunteers, to ensure that the accommodation is appropriately cared for and maintained to the highest level.
- The post holder will manage stock/supplies from a limited budget by exercising sound commercial and economic practices and encouraging parents/carers to do likewise.
- This role entails physical work, including stripping beds when required, and the post holder would require moving and handling skills which will include heavier items (i.e. cases of soft drink cans).
- Support Environment: 2 years (preferred)
