Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate job requests on our specialized system
  • Coordinate and manage the workload of engineers, collaborating with supervisors and clients
  • Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring completion aligns with client service level agreements and order limits
  • Update client portals as necessary
  • Engage in telephone and email communication with clients and suppliers, including timely procurement of materials
  • Prepare and send quotations for subsequent work
  • Manage office supplies and track deliveries
  • Maintain an organized filing system for essential documents and records
  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Business Support Assistant or comparable role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Successful applicants should be adept in Microsoft Office applications and have a solid background in computer usage. A polite and helpful telephone demeanor is essential. Candidates should also exhibit numerical proficiency and the capability to manage a busy workload effectively. Comprehensive training will be provided.
