About the Position
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Coordinator at Turning Point Scotland, where each day brings new challenges and rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver support and guidance to individuals in line with their personalized support plans and the overarching goals of the service.
• Assist the Service Manager and Service Coordinator in overseeing daily operations within the service and provide managerial support to the staff team.
• Supervise smaller teams on a daily basis, offering direction, guidance, and support.

At Aberdeen Outreach Housing Support, we strive to assist individuals in maintaining independent living, re-engaging with their communities, and building resilience to prevent recurring homelessness.
We cater to the unique needs of those facing homelessness or at risk of it, including individuals experiencing rough sleeping or residing in temporary or permanent accommodations.
The service is designed to support individuals with multiple challenges, which may include mental health issues, substance use, financial difficulties, and employment barriers.

Please note that proficiency in IT is essential for all our roles.
Successful candidates may be required to register with the SSSC within six months of their start date.
