**About the Role**:
Reporting into the Global Head of People we are hiring a Talent and People Partner to join our lean (but mighty) People Team. As a Talent and People Partner you will be responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment for our UK office, as well as supporting on people/HR matters.

Part of a team of 4 you will be the sole Talent and People Partner for the UK and will have autonomy on the talent side of things You will be a hands on Talent and People Partner and manage all aspects of the employee life cycle, further increasing the quality of the team, driving engagement, and supporting the working model of a centralised HR function

**Responsibilities**:
**Talent**:

- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills
- Manage a diverse range of positions from all UK departments at Gett
- Maintain ATS (Comeet) data and report on hiring metrics and use data to help improve recruitment infrastructure and processes
- Support on employer brand initiatives to ensure we are attracting the best talent
- Support with ad-hoc People Operations projects, as needed
- Champion diversity throughout the recruitment stages and work with 3rd parties to improve recruitment initiatives (Otta and Goodwork)

**People**:

- Managing various employee relations matters, offering guidance to managers on performance management and other HR issues.
- Review and analyse data from a variety of sources (exit surveys, anecdotal feedback, engagement comments) to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve any element of the employee lifecycle
- Coaching managers on people issues, from career development to handling difficult conversations.
- Support the business on adhering to company defined welfare and L&D spend and ensure efficient utilisation of budget, aligned to overall company framework and business need
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment and business

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Experience within an in-house recruitment function managing a wide variety of positions at a range of levels, both permanent and contract
- Experience working on people projects (performance management, employee engagement etc)
- Experience of improving current recruitment infrastructure such as reporting, working on D&I initiatives, employer branding, employee experience, recruitment process etc
- Experience working with all levels of stakeholders across different business functions
- Clear communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders
- Curious and eager to drive positive change
- Solution-oriented and impact-driven

**Interview Process**:

- ** Talent Screen** - (40 mins video call) Our **Talent and People Partner (Izzy Johnstone)** will be asking around your Talent Partner experience as well as your understanding of what Gett do
- ** Hiring Manager - **(1 hour video call) Here you will meet** Bella Winter (Global Head of People) **and your manager She will deep dive into your people experience or knowledge as well as some talent and people competencies - this is also your chance to ask her questions so have them prepared
- ** Peer Review **(45min - 1hr video call)****:

- Here you will meet 1-2 stakeholders that you will work very closely with. They will want to get to know you a little better, your stakeholder management experience, difficulties you've had hiring before and other related questions
