Roles and Responsibilities:

- Scan and file documents received through EDT, post, and scan them into the notes.
- Process referrals through ERS and manually as needed.
- Handle private work requests from patients.
- Answer external and internal phone calls.
- Process tasks from the administration and personal task queue.
- Communicate efficiently and courteously with team members, and external organizations.
- Address and resolve problems raised by other agencies.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Provide coverage for additional duties.
- Extract and enter information from correspondence documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information.
- Follow health and safety protocols and report hazards.
- Support equality, diversity, and rights.
- Participate in training and personal/professional development.
- Contribute to maintaining quality within the building.
- Effectively manage time, workload, and resources.
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Maintains confidentiality and respects privacy, dignity, and beliefs of patients and colleagues.
- Demonstrates a positive and friendly demeanor, projecting a professional image.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities as required.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£20,400.00 per year
