Office Administrator

At Source Group we support the NHS in achieving and maintaining accurate waiting lists, maximising the NHS’s ability to provide the best possible patient care, empowering NHS staff and ensuring their tremendous effort and contribution to our NHS is not jeopardised by inaccurate data. We are expanding our administration department and looking to hire an Office Administrator to join this team
**Responsibilities**
- Completing background checks on applicants such as but not limited to, right to work, DBS, references, etc
- Understanding up to date knowledge on changing legislation and documentation
- Ensuring applicants are 100% compliant and ready to start work
- Ensuring all new hires are compliant within given SLA’s
- Process placements through our systems to allow timesheets to be created
- Liaising with Sales Team and Accounts Team to resolve outstanding queries
- Chasing outstanding contractor and client documentation
- Entering contractor and client data on the system
- Reviewing and saving contractor and client documentation on file
- Raising standard contractual documents using templates (training provided)
- Chasing outstanding documents

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 17:30 with 1-hour unpaid break
Fully onsite
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
