Responsibilities:

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Daily Scanning
- Post (incoming and outgoing)
- Tracking orders throughout the system
- Opening and logging engineers paperwork
- Preparing paperwork to be dispatched to engineers
- General office housekeeping and ad-hoc duties

Qualifications:

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self motivated
- Experience with working as a team
