Office Administrator

Our Client, a well established and family run business based in High Wycombe, is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their small head office team. There are exciting plans to expand the business which means there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and develop within this role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Updating customer records
- Issuing renewal customer contracts
- Posting and raising purchase orders
- Producing quotations
- Providing all documentation to our customers
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries
- Sales order processing
**Skills and Experience**
- Must demonstrate ability to use own initiative.
- 2- 3 Years CRM management.
- Must have experience of working in the service industry working in a Customer Service team that deals with Engineers would be advantageous.
- Track unresolved issues and report any problem encountered during onsite engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Ability to manage time efficiently from one task to another while managing daily priorities.
- Commitment to follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
