**Position Title - Administrator**
**Location** - High Wycombe
**Hours Required** - 35-40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9:00-4:30pm
**Position Details**
We are a young, ambitious and growing team looking for someone to join us to support the day to day running of the leading Little Kickers franchises in the UK.
The person should also be competent in using social media messaging, CRM systems, Gmail and Google Sheets.
Previous experience of working within a customer service or administrative role is of benefit.
We are a fun, small team that takes what we do seriously and delivers to our members and their children with pride. We are the UK's biggest franchise are have plans to grow by a further 50% in the next 5 years so you will be joining a growing business with ambitious plans that also likes to have fun and offers flexibility and autonomy for people who care about their work, the team and our members.
**Responsibilities**
- Handling social media queries, WhatsApp’s and text messages from members and enquiries
- Supporting the Office Manager and Operations Manager with their daily tasks to support us in delivering high quality classes every week.
- Organised
- Keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work without day to day supervision
- Able to follow details instructions and guidance

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: £21,840.00-£24,960.00 per year
