**Trainee Office Administrator**

We are an established company are looking for a reliable Trainee Office Administrator on a full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update customer records on the company database, process new orders
- Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and credit control checks
- Support budgeting and book keeping procedures
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate member of staff
- Provide administrative support for engineers in the workshop team
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. as required
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office software (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Customer-service oriented

**Working Hours**

Our standard hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: £16,640.00-£21,500.00 per year

**Benefits**:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- High Wycombe (required)
