**HR Advisor**
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to help implement this global company’s UK HR operations, from administration to employment law and more. If you are a CIPD-qualified professional with UK law experience and a proactive approach, this could be the role for you This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week, however could be considered on a part-time basis (30hrs+).
**HR Advisor R**esponsibilities**:
As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and ER issues.
- Advise and guide on all aspects of recruitment, providing an internal recruitment function for the UK business, and ensure smooth on-boarding for all new starters.
- Support, guide and advise on all employee relations and performance issues.
- Undertake HR administration including preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, requesting references, providing salary information/benchmarking, ensuring HRIS is accurate, producing job descriptions etc.
- Liaise with external payroll provider and check and provide monthly payroll data
- Be the first point of contact for payroll queries and liaise with the payroll provider to understand/resolve any queries.
- Update benefit providers, with changes to any medical memberships, pension schemes or insurances.
- Manage and maintain the HR database, ensuring all data are correct and stored in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Participate in other HR-related projects as required including job evaluations and salary benchmarking.

**HR Advisor **Experience**
This is an opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional with a minimum of three-four years’ demonstrable experience in a similar HR role and is highly proactive, personable and quick to learn internal processes. Knowledge of UK employment law is crucial, as is experience of Employee Relations issues.
**Location**
Our client’s lovely office is based in Abingdon, with free onsite parking available. This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days based in the office.
