**Hybrid working from Cheadle and home **(after successful settling in period)
**Starting salary £20,475 (increasing to £22,575 after 12 months)**
**Permanent, Full Time range of shifts available must be able to work a mix of earlies, lates and occassional nights.**

Our Astraline Customer Call Operators deliver a 24/7, 365 days a year, outstanding support service over the phone to help customers live independently. We respond to and prioritise calls for a variety of clients, some of which can be emergency in nature as well as, for example, helping customers to arrange a repair in their property. It’s an incredibly fast paced but exceptionally rewarding role that requires quick and effective decision making with the ability to remain calm and offer reassurance to our customers.

**Our Team**
We are a close-knit team based at our contemporary innovation Hub in Cheadle. As well as providing support to our customers and the organisation, we support each other too and promote a healthy life balance. We work hard but we also like to have fun
**About You**
**We don’t need you to have previous experience of working in Telecare, we’re looking for transferrable skills and a willingness to learn - your mindset is just as important as what you’ve done previously.**

We’ve adopted a completely hybrid way of working, meaning once you’re up and running and fully trained in the role, you will be able to complete some shifts from home and some from our Innovation Hub in Cheadle - we’ll provide all the kit you need to do this.
We offer a fantastic holiday allowance of 33 days per annum (including an allowance for statutory holidays) which rises to 38 days after 5 years’ service. We can offer you a 35-hour working week, an enhanced 5% employer contribution pension scheme and a recognition scheme with both financial and non-financial rewards such as gift vouchers and other incentives.
