The Responsibilities of a Customer Serivce Representative:

- Welcome and qualify customers as the first point of call
- Create a strong understanding of the benefits of working with the company and their USP’s while also listening to feedback and gathering market insight to how we can improve and develop
- Be responsible for delivering pre-qualified customers through to the car buying team in as efficient and effective way as possible
- Act appropriately in supporting the company treat their customers fairly
- Ensure all prospects and pipelines are documented correctly and accurately
