**Job requirements**
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and being the first point of contact within the business.
- Understand and explain the business services over the phone
- Identify opportunities and referrals throughout the business.
- Qualifying potential customers from warm leads
- Collecting important financial and personal identification documents
- Working collaboratively with other business departments to further qualified customers within the business.

**Job skills required**
- Ambition and driven mindset
- Naturally inquisitive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience within a call centre of telephone-based role is desirable
