**Job Purpose**
**Main Duties**
**The main duties in the role of Car Buying Assessor include but are not limited to;**
- Be the voice of the company to welcome and qualify customers as the first point of call
- Create a strong understanding of the benefits of working with us and our USP’s while also listening to feedback and gathering market insight to how we can improve and develop
- Be responsible for delivering pre qualified customers through to the car buying team in as efficient and effective way as possible
- Act appropriately in supporting ChooseMyCar to treat their customers fairly
- Ensure all prospects and pipelines are documented correctly and accurately
**Day to Day**:
- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday & Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm (1 weekend day every other week with a day in lieu) - a flexible can-do attitude is essential;
- Office work is required due to regulatory commitments, however flexibility is available
Person Specification
- Must have excellent organisation skills;
- Must have an excellent phone manner and be driven to make high volumes of calls daily;
- A passion for providing a great customer experience;
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally;
- Can take ownership of tasks in a timely manner;
- To be passionate and motivated for the business and yourself;
- Have experience working towards and exceeding targets;
- Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable.
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
