Administrative Support - Part Time (hours negotiable)

Due to our continued success, we are now recruiting at our Burnley branch for an enthusiastic and motivated administrative assistant. The role will be varied, from inputting and maintaining data on our online sales platforms, to building new customer data bases or helping the accounts department. We are ideally looking for that right person who wants to join our good, settled team and who is looking to stay long term and grow with the company

Job Purpose:

- Provide support to the Internet sales team
- Maintaining and updating existing product data
- Adding new product data
- Compiling new customer data bases for the sales team
- General support to the accounts department
- Carry out other relevant ad hoc duties

Person Specifics
- You must possess excellent keyboard skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and data entry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Energetic and dedicated to the role
