**Permanent - Part time - 35 hours per week**
**Varied shift pattern over a 7-day period will include some evenings and weekends**
- Looking to use your skills to benefit older people in a homely environment?
- We are currently recruiting for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.
- In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
- Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
