Nano Fibre UK are looking for a Fibre Installation coordinator for our Bradford area to help support us as we scale. We are a fast-growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our fibre broadband engineers in the region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to coordinate and support our engineers and management with the fibre broadband installations and collaborate with stakeholders including our customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality installations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordination of fibre installation support activities to enable a smooth, timely and efficient customer installation experience.
- Administration and co-ordination of the trackers covering all customer orders that require additional work in advance of customer installation date.
- Take action to avoid potential customer order failures by liaising with the delivery and customer service teams, delivery partners and customers to deal with workflow barriers and ensure activities are rescheduled when required.
- Ensure engineer availability and location data is correct on the live sheet.
- Schedule engineering support activities, such as MEWP requirements to ensure on the day customer installation success is achieved as efficiently as possible.
- Monitor and move work between engineers to achieve maximum optimisation.
- Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs are accounted for.
- Ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed by the end of the day and the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance. Provide relevant reports as requested.
- Carry out approval of holidays, sick absence and overtime on BrightHR for your engineers to ensure capacity it maintained.
- Ensure compliance to standards and processes.
- Shared responsibility and contribute towards achieving team targets and KPI’s linked to Installation.
- Responsible for providing failure analysis and feedback to your Lead Coordinator for service improvement on an ongoing basis.
- Promote H&S standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements.
Experience required:
- Minimum two years’ working in a project coordination role or similar.
- Client service oriented and target driven.
- Ability to meet predetermined deadlines and to manage time effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of last mile fibre installations (preferred)
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
