As a result of our continuing success, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Co-ordinator to join our team. In this role, you will contact our customers and prospects, ensuring we provide exceptional service and help us continue to grow.

What the role involves:

As a Customer Relations Co-ordinator, you will:

* Make service calls to existing customers to ensure we are delivering a quality service.

* Contact our customers and inform them about our additional services and establish interest.

* Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to follow up.

This role is perfect for someone with an excellent telephone manner and a bubbly personality. Full training will be provided.

Other key responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

* Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience.

* Support and follow up on generated leads and marketing campaigns.

* Collect and act on customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

* Handle inbound email requests promptly and professionally.

* Update the CRM system accurately.

* Support DRM wider stakeholders.

What do you need to be successful?

To thrive in the Customer Relations Co-ordinator role, you’ll need:

* Proven experience in customer relations or sales support roles.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in learning CRM software and/or other sales software.

* High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A proactive attitude and a drive to achieve results.
