**Pay Rate: £11.18 per hour PAYE **The primary purpose of this position is to manually cleanse paper files held by the Educational Psychology Service in preparation for their scanning into a digital system. This includes removed duplicate documents from files, removing barriers to the scanning process such as paperclips and staples and organising the files in such a way as to make scanning an efficient and seamless process.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake general administrative tasks on behalf of the Psychological Service staff including cleansing paper files ready for scanning and managing files. Archiving and uploading documents on to Local Authority systems.
- Update manual and computerised records to ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained ensuring the highest level of confidentiality
- Undertake general administration tasks to comply with the requirements of the Psychological Service.
- Assist and support all team members as and when required.
- Such other responsibilities allocated which are appropriate to the grade of the post.
