**About us**

**About the Role**
This role is a great opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the shared service department which includes, Recruitment, HR and Reward.

Daily Tasks will include:

- Entry-level vacancy management including posting adverts externally to job boards
- Answering internal and external telephone calls to the department
- Advise Recruiting Managers about ‘Prevention of Illegal Working’ and documentation surrounding this
- Manage the onboarding screening process including Driver Risk, DBS & Financial Checks and Referencing
- Arranging Assessment Days for the Recruitment team with venues and accommodation
- Uploading of onboarding information and processing internal changes to t&c’s onto the HR System
- Assist the Reward team with administration of the annual pay review and insured benefit renewal
- The production and distribution of a variety of communications linked to colleague surveys, benefit promotions and engagement activities.
- Maintaining a number of 3rd party systems to ensure that colleagues receive access to them.
- General photocopying, filing and administrative duties

**About You**
We are looking for someone with experience of working within a busy HR environment and is confident in the production of employment contracts. You will need to be extremely organised as this is a fast-paced environment and you will be adaptable to pick up the varied tasks throughout the day.
