**HR Recruitment and Compliance Administrator**

**Hybrid - Corporate Head Office and Remote Working**

FedBucks is a federation of 45 GP practices covering a population of over 485,000 patients across Buckinghamshire. We began in 2016 and now employ around 200 members of staff across our head office sites, and our planned and unplanned care services.

**Job Title**:HR Recruitment and Compliance Administrator

**Hours**:37.5 Hours Monday - Friday

**Duration**:6 months fixed term

**Location**:Hybrid - Corporate Head Office and Remote Working

**Salary**:£24,000 per Annum

**Reporting to**:Nicola Wallman - Head of People, Urgent Care Services

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and proactive recruitment and compliance administrator to working within our HR and People Division. The role will focus on the support and delivery of an efficient & effective recruitment service across FedBucks.

Working primarily alongside the Head of People for Urgent Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in all day-to-day recruitment and compliance administration activities, across a variation of clinical and operational roles in this exciting period of growth and transformation.
The key aspects of the role are:

- Overseeing the joint Compliance inbox and dealing with queries appropriately
- Inputting data onto our onboarding and compliance database, Credentially.
- Working as part of a team to ensure all processes are followed in line with Regulations,

Company policy and procedure
- Supporting with pre-employment checks including DBS checks and References
- Ensuring all on-going cases are kept up to date, with any missing information chased regularly to ensure onboarding is compliant in line with KPI’s and priorities
- Keeping spreadsheets and databases up to date, analysing and interpreting data when requested
- Attending and contributing to team meetings

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with internal teams - Governance, Rota and Payroll throughout the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure adherence to team processes, policies and best practice compliance including employment laws, data protection, GDPR and ICO requirements
- Assisting with placing job adverts through various social media, job boards and other platforms
- Pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and reference checks and all additional compliancy and administration requirements relating to clinical and operational roles
- Liaising with external recruitment agencies in the supply of locums
- Support the HR/People Team in all recruitment related matters as required
- To undertake any other duties, appropriate to the post, which may from time to time be required.
