Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records;
  • Providing administrative support for recruitment processes;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
