About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Lead to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead transformational projects, provide expert advice on employee relations matters, and develop tailored solutions to support our customers.

You will work closely with senior leadership, directors, members, and managers to identify training and support needs, design and deliver bespoke training sessions, and promote the services of the Consultancy & Advisory and HR Service as a whole.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice on employee relations issues covering the full employee lifecycle.
  2. Lead complex change management programmes, developing and delivering training and specific tailored employee relations support.
  3. Manage projects with excellent understanding of project management methodologies, diagnostic tools, and systems.
  4. Design and deliver bespoke training sessions to colleagues and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with senior leadership, directors, members, and managers to identify training and support needs.

About the Business Unit

Our Resources department covers a wide range of specialisms, including Human Resources, Finance, ICT, and Business Operations. We promote flexible and agile working arrangements, ensuring a good work-life balance.

Salary and Terms

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a 12-month secondment/Fixed-Term contract opportunity.
