Job Description: People and Organisations Expert required to support the HR Services team at Burman Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and support.

Main Responsibilities:
* Support strategic initiatives and work closely with various departments to provide high-quality advice and operational support on a wide range of HR issues.
* Provide timely and accurate advice on HR policies, employee relations issues, and legislative compliance, helping to resolve queries and manage casework related to disciplinary actions, grievances, performance issues, and absenteeism.
* Advise managers and staff on organisational HR policies and procedures, ensuring fair and consistent application across all teams.
* Maintain and update HR records and data systems accurately, producing regular reports on key HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a recognised professional qualification such as CIPD.
* Proven experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
